The material firstly enters into crushing system to be crushed (The whole system of this plant is divided into 3 parts: primary crushing (140mm-800mm), medium-fine crushing (＞30mm), sand-making crushing (0-5mm)), then enters the vibrating screen where 0-5mm of manufactured sand will be selected. To keep the cleanness, the final product will be sent to the sand washing system for further cleaning. In the whole process, the sewage can be recycled, beneficial to environment.
